"If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I lived there for almost 2 years. The first year was absolutely fine. After my lease renewed it went down hill fast. They stopped fixing items that needed within a reasonable amount of time if at all. Multiple tenants put in work orders for the laundry machines breaking down but they never would fix them. Carpenter bees were eating away at the car ports/garages and the remains always would get all over our vehicles, and they advertise a secured building when the doors were never closed (even when they back door worked). The building smelled of pot and they would never do a thing about it. The dumpster were always overflowed and sometimes sat full and not emptied for weeks at a time. The fire extinguishers were for show and were out of date and only sitting on the floors. Well now for the reason for departure...my plumbing was backing up in the kitchen as the sink would not drain. I waited almost a month for a repair and since they did not fix it I found a townhouse with a garage for $100 a month less than what I was paying there. I was paying $650 there and now they bumped it to $700 as I see on FB. It was not worth the $650 so any fool that signs there for $700 needs their heads checked out. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They will be nice to you at first then boom that is it...the girls in the office are very rude to you when you can even get ahold of them. This is a cliffs note version of my time there...I could get into more but I will leave it at that!"

"Have a clogged toilet, had a plumber come look at it, told us the the problem was something past our 10ft of the drain and AG still fought with us about who had to deal with it even after acknowledging it was their problem through their actions taken when setting up an appointment with a new plumber"

"It took 2 months before someone could return my call for a showing. Then I was scheduled a week out. which I took time off for. Then was confirmed the date An hour before the showing it was cancelled even though they just confirmed. They couldn't accommodate me again until another week.I took off work again. The morning of the showing I was notified through text that the apartment is no longer available. I asked why I wasn't given a chance and she kept jerking me around. She said she just found out today that the building was sold! I asked to have a manager call me she said she was the property manager. I feel that she was not upfront with me and kept putting me off. Do not waste your time and energy with this company."

"Slum lords. They will ignore your every request. I don’t know anyone who’s staying in their properties who don’t have mold, rodents or pests. Extremely rude and unprofessional."
