"Very happy with the experience and the result. Ethan and his team waterproofed our basement about 2 months ago, we have had a lot of rain and the system is working perfectly, we haven't had any water in our basement at all. We've had an especially rainy week and the sump pump has been working multiple times a day. We actually lost power in a storm so we were very thankful we went with the backup battery for the pump. He also included an access to the french drain that allows us to run our dehumidifier continuously without needing to empty it. Beyond that, Ethan and his team took care of a few other issues in our basement simultaneously. There was an area of our basement walled off for coal storage that was useless, while they were working they took down the wall and increased the square footage of our basement. They also unblocked the drain in our basement floor. On top of that, all this was several thousand dollars less than another quote we got. Couldn't be more happy with the result, we would happily recommend to anyone looking for a long term solution to water in the basement."

"I would highly recommend this company. From the beginning of the process to the end was excellent. From scheduling, showing up on the day they said and did not leave until the job is finished. Our cottage needed waterproofing underneath which seemed simple until they went under. They cleared out all of the extra dirt and garbage, leveled underneath, so we have a true crawlspace completely under, sprayed for insects and mold plus sealed underneath so animals can get in. Pictures and updates were sent daily with the progress. The workers cleaned up and left the place as it was when they got there."
