"My warranty company has sent Tony of Mayes & Sons Plumbing our way twice now, and he has been beyond great!!! He has been the only plumber who has ever fixed the clog in my line where two drains meet by snaking both drain lines. This is such a big deal I had to write about it. Most plumbers take the short cut of removing the piece in the basement where the two lines meet, which creates a mess. Snaking both drains took more time, but it was the professional (and kindest) way to do it -- both drains run as clear as if new, and the likelihood of that clog recurring has gone way down.
