"For starters it costed me nearly 200 to file taxes through you and secondly the lady I had was trying to fix something that never needed fixed my appointment lasted an entire hour to file that was longer than needed to file taxes. My lady asked me if I had city taxes and all she had to do is look at the w-2, the way she worded the question was confusing so the city tax was a problem because I was about to recieve rita papers to pay into my city taxes when it wasnt needed luckily she caught her own mistake only by asking another employee for help 35 minutes into the appointment. H&r block was horrible never go there unless last resort. This place doesn't even deserve a single star on review."

"I like the service and everyone is great. However, it's hard to justify paying just short of 300 dollars in fees for what amounts to 20 minutes of preparation. I'm a single guy with 1 job and 1 dependent. I was in and out within a cup of coffee and it cost me $289.00. I would like to come back but I will have to seriously consider if it's worth it. Thank you."
