"Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I attempted to take my dog there today for a walk-in visit, an hour and a half before they are even set to close. As I approach the door, not but 5 feet away, a brunette lady wearing blue scrubs is walking back into the building and closes the door and locks it. Right in my face. She made eye contact and everything. I then approached further and noticed there’s a sign on the door that says they’ve reached their pet limit for the day. While I can maybe understand a policy for closing early…there was no excuse for the lady literally closing and locking the door in my face when I was just 5 feet from her. A simple and courteous conversation of “I’m sorry we’re all filled up for the day” would’ve made me a future customer. Instead, she literally just slams the door and locks it in my face. I won’t be back, and I will take my business for all of my pets elsewhere with customer service like that. Do better or find a job where you don’t have to interact with people as such is your desire. If this is how they treat paying customers, one can safely assume to not trust them with your furry family’s health and well-being."

"The staff here is really wonderful. They were great with my cat and my puppy at their appointments and gave their vaccines, shots, etc. with ease and gentleness. Perfect place to come to keep up with vaccines, nail trims, or for a little check up if your pet is sick. I trust them with my fur babies and that’s what matters most.! Everyone here is so great."
