"I usually go to VIP Wellness Center for my dogs annual vacs. They are very good there and can deal with any pet health situation. There is usually a wait but my dog got her vaccinations and the price was very good."

"1st in line, was serviced after the opening scheduled time. Paper work needed to be filled out so it would of been nice to greet customer on time. Overall good service but misii the old set up where we could observe the treatment given. I was there 1yr ago with sister and her dog. I didn't appreciate the payment plan option would've been a 2 hr hold on phone. This was told to me by customer service, whom checked me in."

"Although the staff were very friendly and willing to provide services, they wanted to redirect me in the future for further "preventative" care for my dog. I appreciate the resources, however the reason I brought my dog to VIP Petcare was for a matter that I could not get him into a "regular vet office". I even went ahead and called corporate before I took my dog, to ensure that they had no issues providing services for an ear infection. It was very misleading when I took him there for services of just that and hearing that since my dog suffers from chronic ear infections, we should stick with regular vet visits. It is unclear at this time if they truly want to provide "on the sight" services or just refer me to veterinary offices. This information needs to be more specific if you do not truly welcome "walk-ins" for ear infections that need to be treated but cannot be managed immediately by the vet office."
