It was a unique situation as every project is, but mine was a little more involved than your standard upgrade of service. He estimated the amount of time it would take him and he was pretty much spot on. His pricing was also reasonable for the amount of work that was involved. He is very thorough at what he does, calm and collective. Really knows his stuff and is slick at doing it. He took on a project that I pretty much thought was near impossible and made it happen!
