"It’s one of my favorite pass-through towns as a road warrior. I’m going to be heading east in a few days. I may get a little emotional-just tears. I look forward to getting a cup of decaffeinated coffee at the station. I think the Steelers did the best off-season job in getting QB’s. The city did make a remarkable comeback."

"They were the worst people to deal with. Customer service is terrible; location is dirty, bathroom had no running water or toiletries... But worst of all; no one knew why - a group of old; group of young; mothers; and grannies were delayed for days on days in their Pittsburgh terminal. No reason at all..pure unprofessional attitudes at work"

"Staff was very rude and disrespectful. When asked about delays. Got there at 4:50 a.m. and still waiting at 10:16 a.m. with no answers. And when we could get a small answer out of them, they said we don't have a driver. Costumer service was no help either. How can you book tickets and not have a driver? That should be illegal. 1 star was there lowest option to pick, I wouldn't have even given them that."

"My mother in law has been stuck in Pittsburgh for the second time for more than 6 hours now mind you she’s disabled and no one will help or tell her anything I have called greyhound and flux us and they just say call the other. This is the worst unsafe in professional experience we’ve ever experienced. I would never recommend greyhound to anyone. They or booking tickets they don’t have buses for. Taking peoples money who pay extra for express trips and yet still wait 6-11 hours that is insane."

"I booked a bus from Philly, PA to Columbus, OH. The bus arrived in Philadelphia, PA on time. However, my bus has a 2-hour stop in Pittsburgh, PA and was supposed to depart at 1:55 AM. It's now 4:30 AM, almost 3 hours delayed, and there's no information on when it will leave. There are no agents at the Pittsburgh station, and customer service isn't helping. I don't know what's happening with my bus. I have work tomorrow morning and don't know how I'll get there on time. This has been a terrible experience with Greyhound."
