"I have had a several units for work at Route 88 Self Storage for many years. I cannot say enough good things about the facility but most importantly the amazing and friendly staff. Who truly care about their customers/tenants. Janine, Nancy, and Tim have always been so supportive and helpful with anything I may have needed over the years. They have made my job and daily tasks so much easier, knowing my inventory is in a safe, climate controlled, clean and secure environment . I am so thankful for them and their continued EXCELLENT customer service and knowing I can go to them for anything. I appreciate this business so much! I would highly would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone."

"Rented a Uhaul from here last week. I was fairly nervous as I’ve never rented a rental vehicle period, let alone a long distance one-way rental. The woman behind the counter (who’s name escapes me right now) was incredibly helpful and explained everything patiently. I believe she was the assistant manager, and she treated me like a valued customer. It was early in the morning when I came a little early before they actually even opened, and I know how annoying that can be when someone’s there needing service as you are still walking in the door to start your day at work. She didn’t miss a beat, and even went the extra mile to make sure we’d have enough miles to make it to our destination. The world needs more people like her, she was great to have a conversation with!! I sure hope the owner or whoever sees this and gives her some sort of extra compensation!"

"Great experience! Staff were very helpful And easy to work with. The units were clean and had an option for climate control. Moving out all of our things were in the same condition as when we left them. Over all great experience def would recommend!"

"I had an efficient and very easy experience with Route 88 Self Storage! Their staff understands that the moving and storage process is STRESSFUL and they went above and beyond to make my day easier and ensure I had everything I needed (and wasn’t paying extra for things I didn’t). Plus my unit is secure, clean, temperature controlled and accessible 24/7 (with a personal access code). I was also able to pick up and drop off my Uhaul right there in the lot AND it’s right next door to a Sheetz for an easy pre-drop-off-tank-top-off. I highly recommend all around!
