"Units are reasonably priced. They have moving carts customers can use to help transport your belongings to the unit. Facility is clean and well lit (lighting). Staff is welcoming and knowledgeable . I recently went to my storage unit and was in a hurry when I left and did not put on my lock on properly to where my unit could have been open by anyone just by lifting the door. I received a email the next morning from Ms.Tracey in the office saying as she was on her detailed lock and facility check she noticed the lock wasn’t on properly. She didn’t have to reach out and let me know but she did and for that I appreciate her going above and beyond not only to make sure her customers possessions are safe but also that the locks are in working order and not being tampered with. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. The only thing I think the company can work on is how people enter the facility. On a key pad u have to punch in a 8 digit code to get in the front door and also to get to the floor on the elevator u have to retype the code then press what floor your going to and for someone who is moving or carrying their items it could be aggravating especially if you don’t have the numbers memorized. It would be nice if they came out with a key ring with their logo on it and the other side can have a barcode that u scan at the door and also on the elevator that takes u to the floor your unit is on to make it faster and less stressful. Not only does the company get advertisement but the customer can also put their lock key on the key ring so they actually know what the key goes to. When the customer is done renting the unit the barcode can expire something similar as a hotel key. And the key ring can be a thank you for renting from us gift from the company and like I said before advertisement."

"We’ve been here three times and all three times someone is parked in front of our space. It would be a great location and a great place if they wouldn’t continue to allow people to park in the loading zone. When I tried to tell him it’s not a parking zone he asked if I wanted to fight him. Classy place."
