Reviews of Grace Life Church | North Campus | McKnight Road
"This ministry is a blessing to my family. My husband and I have attended several years. Their Life groups are KEY to the close-knit community they have; each group helps establish solid relationships and friendships, which is central to having a strong body of believers and accountability in each individual's life. Pastors Buck and Amy have a heart for family which is the backbone of a healthy church. We praise God for this ministry!"
"Imagine being at a Christian Men's Retreat when a grown man calling himself "Buck" starts asking people how much money the holy spirit is moving them to give him. You then remember "Buck" has a tacky McMansion, expensive cars, and you realize the holy spirit wouldn't move people to line this guys pockets. If you're looking for God, go anywhere else. Buck bought a million dollar house under his mother's name and that about sums up the guy. Shady dealings and tax evasion isn't exactly synonymous with Godliness."
"“Suppose an influential man comes into your worship meeting wearing gold rings and expensive clothing, and also a homeless man in shabby clothes comes in. If you show special attention to the rich man in expensive clothes and say, “Here’s a seat of honor for you right up front!” but you turn and say to the poor beggar dressed in rags, “You can stand over here,” or “Sit over there on the floor in the back,” then you’ve demonstrated gross prejudice among yourselves and used evil standards of judgment! So listen carefully, my dear brothers and sisters, hasn’t God chosen the poor in the world’s eyes to be those who are rich in faith? And won’t they be the heirs of the kingdom-realm he promised to those who love him? But yet you insult and shun the poor in your efforts to impress the rich! Isn’t it the wealthy who exploit you and drag you into court? Aren’t they the very ones who blaspheme the beautiful name of the One you now belong to? Your calling is to fulfill the royal law of love as given to us in this Scripture: “You must love and value your neighbor as you love and value yourself!” For keeping this law is the noble way to live. But when you show prejudice you commit sin and you violate this royal law of love!” James (Jacob) 2:2-9 TPT I hate being a barrier of bad news. But there is a time and a place to call a body up and to highlight where there needs to be growth. I was a mom of three little children - I was an active member of the church. And in a time where my children and I were in a dire situation- we were unsafe and hurting. We were not listened too. We were not helped. Even with multiple attempts to ask for help for my children and I to move out of an abusive situation. We were left to find out help on our own. What good is the influence and the expensive worship sets and powerful Messages when it doesn’t help the abandoned and rejected - the orphan and the widow? “For example, if a brother or sister in the faith is poorly clothed and hungry and you leave them saying, “Good-bye. I hope you stay warm and have plenty to eat,” but you don’t provide them with a coat or even a cup of soup, what good is your faith? So then faith that doesn’t involve action is phony.” James (Jacob) 2:15-17 TPT Worship 10-10 Greeters 10-10 Life Groups 10-10 But what good is our morning prayers and intercession when it’s not put into practice when it’s called upon? Is the gospel not for the poor And the needy and the broken and the lost in the hurting? I was going through the darkest period my life. And I was not surrounded by my church family. I was left to figure it out on my own. Luckily, they did pull through to help us pack up our U-Haul. Please please please set up a ministry for those who are in need- the single mom, the outcast, the rejected. What is the point of sharing the good news to those who are not sick? This is an area of growth that needs improvement in this church. Through Gods presence and His healing and therapy I have blessed and released you all. But you’re ignorance and negligence to our need really made me loose faith in the body of Christ. Please don’t continue that legacy to someone whose faith may not be as Rooted in Gods goodness. I fear someone else walking from the faith. Blessing as you continue to learn and grow in Faith. And May good correction grow as it needs!!"
"Grace Life Church’s North campus is just as amazing and life giving as it’s east campus. Since it has opened God has blessed the congregation to grow so much, not only in diverse, passionate people but also in love and joy ! Pastor Buck and Pastor Amy are genuine, Bible based pastors who preach the true living word of God and the love of Jesus ! You want the anointing that is on this church. I would highly recommend it to people of every race, background and walk of life."
