Spanning over 7 acres, this park was established between 1989 and 1990 and officially dedicated on July 4, 1990. It stands as the town's second active recreation park, a vision realized by the Town Council's proactive acquisition of the property.

- A basketball/deck hockey court

A Legacy of Service:

Wall Park is named in honor of James R. Wall Jr., a dedicated educator and community leader who served the North Allegheny School District and the McCandless community for nearly four decades. Mr. Wall's multifaceted career included roles as an English Teacher, Guidance Counselor, Athletic Director, School Psychologist, Assistant Principal, and Principal. He also contributed as a Yearbook Sponsor and Director of School Plays and Musicals.

Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Wall was deeply involved in community service. He served on the Boards of Directors at Gilmary and the North Hills YMCA, held the position of Vice-President of the Ingomar Athletic Association (now Ingomar-Franklin Park Little League), and was an instructor at both the Alternative High School in the North Hills and the Community College of Allegheny County.
