Great company to work for I've been promoted multiple times with Landmark and grateful to be part of such an awesome organization. Management shows thier appreciation I've received hand written letters from management thanking me for my hard work and that really went a long way. Plus there is alot of awesome opportunities for growth and change they work with so many Professional/college teams concerts and events including the NFL,NBA,MLB,MLS the NFL draft the superbowl..... ect.. if your looking for a good company to start or continue your security career with check them out."

"Two or your staff members at the end of the Browns game today were classless, moronic and unprofessional. We paid hundreds of dollars to attend the game and to witness such unprofessionalism was not only a black eye against Landmark but against the Browns organization as well."

"I attended the motley crue concert on 8/12/22 I had seats that were 5 rows from stage as the show went on more and more people came from different areas and didn't have tickets for that area many people complained to landmark security they said that they would have them leave they may have left but instantly returned I paid good hardworking money for the seats we had. As the night went on your supervisior who escorted one lady away from stage and of course she returned was standing there at the after escorting her away was standing there talking to her at the stage railing. If you're staff cant do there job of clearing people out that shouldn't be there their was plenty of real men there with badges that could have did their job for them."

"Landmark Event Staffing ran the seating for Def Lepard 2022 tour in Cleveland and did nothing about letting people know they would need wristbands to get to the field seat. Very poor event planning had multiple gates open but only one place to get wristband and no signs letting people know they needed wristband or where to get them. There were also no signs indicating which aisles lead to field entrance so many people were walking in rows of other fans to get to the field. Horrible planning for Landmark."

"I saw Louis Tomlinson at Stage AE on 2/14. Never in my life have I felt more taken care of by event staff. They let us in an hour early due to the cold and would not let us onto the floor without a water bottle in hand. They kept us hydrated as best they could throughout the night. They made a great night that much better."
