"My husband and I needed to have an insurance check authorized. After a mess of incorrect information from another branch and the PNC customer service line, we ended up making an appointment at this branch. Oznur Silverstein was very kind and helpful to finally get this done correctly. I would give them higher stars but while we were in the office with her another young man banker opened the door, while she was on the phone, and asked her if she was busy with anything important. He could certainly learn a little professionalism."

"Sam was amazing at answering all my questions. She was also super patient with me being new to the banking world. The location isn't the best due to the Starbucks right next to the bank. But my experience was overall awesome once inside the establishment."

"The best teller they had just retired. There's usually one teller, a line near to the door, and 4 other employees talking together in some corner office. Theres also only 10 sq. Feet dedicated to tellers in the whole institution.The financial advisor there apparently only deals with people investing 100's of thousands of dollars. I did not realize this was located in Beverly Hills of Bethel. The second star is because they fixed an acct. dispute for me and printed a new card right there."
