"Not a fair judge by any means. Avoid at all costs- briefly reviews your file and comes to hasty decisions without doing the homework and asking questions. He screwed me out of 10K from a shady homeowner who hid a major defect in the home, admitted she was aware of it and blatantly didn't list it as a defect in the disclosure. Maybe because she "looked" innocent, blonde and played dumb. Her husband, who lived with her played stupid as well. I had a hidden franken fusebox from 1910 in the home, and both pretended the electrical was updated and did not disclose in the disclosure. You couldn't even run a blow dryer and this fuse powered 75% of the home. On a modest special education teacher's salary, I will be biting this one for years. No justice and I have lost faith in people."
