"Lacking in customer service. Every time I called to talk to the agent responsible for my closing, her demeanor over the phone made it feel like I was wrong for dialing their number at all. I've had jobs I didn't enjoy too, but that's no reason to take it out on the person paying you money. Not a good experience. In hindsight, I had an amazing experience with my previous closing-they went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly and contacted me any time something changed. With Elite, I had to make multiple calls and leave multiple messages to get updated at all. Judging by the split reviews, this may be an issue with certain closing agents if that's worth anything..."
