"Sasha is by far the best employee Citizens Bank ever had. I used to deal with her on a regular basis at the Peters Township office and now I'm thrilled she's closer to my home near the Fort Couch Office."
"Best Customer service ever. Very polite and helpful. I will continue to bank at this branch"
"$3,400.00+ in Attorney fees trying to get Citizens Bank to accept a valid 2007 DPOA. My 90-year-old mother had a checking account, an IRA CD and a MasterCard that was always paid on time. 99% of her bills are paid via auto debit, something Citizens Bank should love. She also had advanced dementia and lived in Memory Support in a South Hills Nursing Home. Her family did its best to manage her financial affairs. Sometimes we did it well; sometimes we did not. Unfortunately, we let her checking account drop below $0.00 before we could transfer funds into her account. Citizen's Bank was all too happy to charge $35.00 in a second even when she has an IRA CD with a large balance. How could this checking account not automatically have 'overdraft protection' when the account is older (it was at Mellon Bank) than its time at Citizen's Bank. This is the bank for you if you're looking for a greedy, unscrupulous bank to take advantage of the elderly with advanced dementia. Don't expect anything at all from MS. ALENA LEGGETT, THE BRANCH MANAGER OF THIS BANK. She doesn't know much about PA law and the legal department appears to know less. It says a lot when Citizen's Bank's legal department will not speak with my mother's attorney. What are they afraid of? REID SEGAR, SVP AND MARKETING SALES MANAGER IN MONROEVILLE, HER SUPERVISOR, WILL NOT EVEN SPEAK WITH ME. What is he afraid of? Citizen's Bank says it will not accept a 2007 DPOA because it names three children instead of just one. IT IS LEGAL IN PENNSYLVANIA TO NAME MORE THAN ONE PERSON IN A DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY. They have frozen check writing, have frozen auto debits that pay most of my mother's bills, and locked us out of their banking website so we can't see what they're doing with her money. Citizen's Bank is requiring my family to have a court appointed guardian. PENNSYLVANIA WILL NOT ALLOW A COURT APPOINTED GUARDIAN IF THERE IS A VALID DPOA, WHICH THERE IS! This is absolutely the worst banking experience of my life. Do business with this bank at your own risk. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO AT THIS BANK EXCEPT CONSTANTLY MOVE THE GOAL POSTS TO DELAY, DELAY, DELAY..... Maybe service here will be better if the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer in Providence, RI cleans house. We can only hope."
"I love the people in the bank because they were so kind and helpful."
"Genuinely happy to see me. I like the speed and efficiency of both tellers and drive through"
