"0 Stars is more appropriate. seeking mortgage information, called 800 number, put on hold, person finally answers after 10 minutes and i'm put on hold again for another 10 minutes and hung up on. nobody gives 800 number to mortgage dept. Calling back had to go through the same transfer process, then had to be read a nonsense statement before getting put on hold again. totally unacceptable."
