"Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any business. I own and operate a business and was looking to get a line of credit and refinance a truck. I was told by Carl and Kyle that they were the people that could help. 4 months of driving paperwork to them because they had no idea what they needed, I had to keep calling them because I had no idea what was going on. Every time I called they needed more paperwork. It took me calling them to find out they needed more stuff! I switch to a different location to close the loan with. When I pulled in the parking lot 5 minutes before the appointment, the banker called and asked me to move the appointment to Monday! Needless to say I left. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. It costs you money as a business owner to try to use them."
