"I’d like to bring attention to the bank manager “ Matt “ . I was upset about an issue I had and called corporate. Needless to say, my issue was unresolved. I went to the branch the next day and about a 2 hours later Matt called me, He was very polite and professional. I figured he wouldn’t remember me because I’m only in the bank a few times a month. I was wrong, he did remember me. He listen to the problem I had, was understanding and was able to come up with a resolution that really was above and beyond my expectations. Matt really made me feel like I was a valued customer. THANK YOU MATT!"

"Account executive sat at his desk and intentionally wasted my time trying to open a premium account as an existing account holder. (I was on a business call while he was typing in my info. After the call, he said that he had stopped and waited for me to finish my phone call before he continued typing.) I should've just paid $50 for the cashier's check."
