"The pin on the map is misplaced. The PNC is actually a few minutes further down Pine Hollow Road in Kenmawr Plaza. I've brought the error to Google's attention. I can't speak to the quality of service at this branch because I only use the ATM; I have not been inside during business hours. I'm only posting to let people know the location is wrong as shown on Google Maps."

"Went to cash a larger check $9000 on Friday, knowing they get their shipment in Friday afternoon. Was told they have no money. After making a big deal about it they gave me 4000 of it and the platform guy said they would have the rest for me on Monday. I sent my husband in on Monday and the head teller tried saying the same thing. She did give it to him after giving him attitude. She said next time they need over a week to get it. If that's the case I will take all my accounts and go somewhere else that doesn't give me an attitude and has money. This bank has gone down hill in the last year and half."

"It seems like pnc is never on top of things for example I went to a gas station and I had 20 dollars in there but when I went to use my card it didn't work I checked it again and netflix took out there money and I used what I had left which was 12 dollars and pnc charged me but then refunded me but said I was in the negatives but I talk to someone named jim who is a complete lier who said that I got gas first then netflix took there money. I was like that's wrong because my card was not working for the 20 but it worked for the 12 to be honest if that was the case don't you think it would have worked for the 20 instead and jim said that shane lied to me about a 7 day grace period when you over draw your account so to me pnc is nothing but crooks. You know the saying give a guy a bank he robs other people but give a crook a gun he robs a bank the moral to the story is that crooks and bank onwers are the same so be careful on what crook you pick in that I mean bank"
