"They used to have such nice staff. Two young men. They were amazing. But recently they hired a new skinny brown hair lady that has a bad attitude And made everyone wait 40 minutes in line to talk to her friend. Wish they would've kept the old staff. Cause this lady is horrible."

"ATM did not dispense our money today, our card was charged. My husband went inside to be told "oh this has been a problem for people all day long" so I'm not sure what kind of business would allow customers to have to go through the grueling process of disputing this with their cards, instead of just putting up an out of order sign on the ATM or calling someone to fix the problem. I would not use this ATM if you can help it unless you want to risk having to dispute and then wait a week for your money."

"Long lines at peak times, and I wish they were open at times I didn't have to work. But the people who work here are absolutely super."

"The loan officers are a joke. Lied several times about several different things related to our loan. Every question we asked ended with a phone call to another department. We will NEVER get another loan through PNC because of the way we were treated at this branch. Looking to switch banks soon"
