"The only reason for the 4 stars is because there were 3-4 bank employees talking in the lobby with only 2 tellers. There was a person at each teller with 2 people in front of me (got there on a Friday at about 2:20). The line took a little while to move; however, the teller I had was very friendly and answered every question I had without feeling like I was bothering her. There were about 4 people in line behind me, and she didn't rush me out of her line before answering all of my questions, which I really appreciated. They will be closed 3/16/24 for renovation, but the branch in Sewickley will be done with their renovations before the Moon branch closes."

"Everyone there is very friendly. Sometimes there are insanely long lines, but that’s hard to help when those there sometimes need something that takes a while. They do the best they can. They recently remodeled and it looks great. I’m not a fan of painted brick, but it does look refreshed. The inside is very nice. Sadly, the receipts are now trying to rival CVS. One transaction and the receipt is over 8 inches. That’s pretty nuts. I wish they’d stop killing trees. Also, they permanently closed the drive through teller window, which is a shame for stormy days. They’re not my personal bank k I don’t have an ATM card for the company account, so I’ll always have to go inside."

"Anytime I was in the bank it was always a great experience. I never had any problems whatsoever.. and even anyone I spoke with over the phone was always extremely friendly. the only thing that seems to be a reoccurring situation is the outside ATM always out of service. Their renovations have just been completed and this brand new ATM is out of service?? I'm not sure I can understand why being it's a brand new ATM just weird"

"I've always had great service there. The only reason why removed a star is because of their hours. How is someone who works 9-5pm suppose to get service? I know there are Saturdays, but that's inconvenient. Last week, I literally had to take a half day off of work because I needed help from a teller (not online)."

"The only reason I come to this branch is because they closed all the other branches closer to my house. Every time I come here I see workers all over the place but there is only one or two tellers actually waiting on people. So if you use this branch expect to have a long wait. If the drive thru is actually open you will have a long wait there as well. I need a new bank. It’s a shame."
