"Edit. This branch has the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. I cannot step foot in this branch without one of the tellers giving me an issue. I just cannot believe the utter disrespect I receive anytime I’m here. I’m not sure if the manager at this branch has an issue with me , but none of the other branches have a problem with me. Every single time they give me an issue with cashing my checks. I just don’t understand what’s wrong with these incompetent tellers. Probably why they can’t keep employees due to management. I absolutely never go to this branch, I always go to the one on Jefferson and receive amazing service. I went into today and immediately the teller was clearly in a bad mood. She said she was unable to express fund my check, I’ve been depositing checks, nearly 5 days a week, for seven months now. There was absolutely no reason for her not to deposit my check. I went to the other branch and they cashed my check without any issue. I would not recommend this location, go to the one on Jefferson, the tellers are much nicer and will simply do their job"

"PNC as an entire company is such a scam. They showed no pending transactions and an available balance. So, I used some of my money then later they said I actually DIDNT have that amount and started charging overdraft fees. This isn’t the first time either. I’ve paid my rent using my account and they’ve taken it from the account, put it back in, and then finally taken it out without posting the true transactions. I don’t trust them and would never use them again, they’re scammers"
