"Shame. Arrested someone and left their aggressive dog chained up outside on a busy sidewalk for a least a day or 2 where there are kids and other dogs next door and walking by. The cops were called and they still did nothing and left the dog there. My husband had to call 4 times AGAIN after he got loose and was roaming the streets to get them to come and actually do something about this. I am disgusted. They are lucky the dog didn't bite the neighbors children."
