"Useless… I’ve been trying to open a new account for a week. I walked in and they weren’t able to accommodate me; which is “somewhat” understandable. So, I scheduled an appointment BUT sat in the lobby for 30 minutes unattended to; while someone who walked in after me was seen as soon as they walked in the door…AND there was a personal banker free at the time. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else for business. This place is an atm not a branch.."
