"Absolutely the worst place to rent units or parking spots from. We are current renters that will be leaving immediately. We currently rent a medium sized unit and one outdoor parking spot. The women that owns this place is a complete P.O.S. she advised us when we leased an outdoor spot that we could park out utility trailer on site but they "Prefer that it be empty" obviously this lady needs to go back to English class as "prefer" is not a requirement but a request. I also read over the lease not a thing about leaving equipment on the trailer. I had to park it on lot with a side by side locked to the trailer just for a week till I got home the followimg weekend as im a truck driver and ran out of time on the prior weekend to drop it off at home. This nasty lady called my wife screaming at her to get our trailer off the lot and not bring it back even though I had already paid for the spot for the month. Do NOT rent here it's absolutely the worst place I've ever had a unit from. There is only certain hours you can come on property and no way to do automated payments or setup auto pay. It's in the stone age with a rude lady running it. I'd rather set a bonfire with all my belongings in that unit before paying her another single dime. 3 years at this location and that's how we get treated."
