"Got to the Brookfield branch today a few minutes after 9:00, the doors were locked, the teller yells that they have no workers, go to the drive thru. I had a few change rolls and she yelled at me for putting them in the tube, cortland Bank never cared. I said how did you want me to cash them in, she said if I had any common sense I wouldn’t have to ask. Last time I was there they shorted my money. These tellers are extremely rude and unprofessional at this branch, I have banked with cortland bank my whole life but now I have to find another bank. Teach this teller some manners!"
