"The bartender was rude to me. Mean girl energy for no reason lol. She rolled her eyes at me and talked about my and my man to other customers, very strange. I liked the juke box tho."
"This is a very nice bar, the people working there and the barbers are very nice and it is a very fun and clean bar."
"Nestled in the vibrant South Side neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Oddball Bar and Club offers the quintessential small-space bar experience, bustling with a lively crowd. Unfortunately, my visit to this establishment left me with mixed feelings and a few concerns that I feel compelled to share. One aspect that stood out positively was the music. The DJ at Oddball Bar and Club truly knew how to set the atmosphere and played an impressive selection that kept the energy high throughout the night. If there is one reason worth visiting this bar, it's undoubtedly for the music. Regrettably, I cannot say the same about the service provided by the bartenders. The lackluster and unresponsive nature of their service left much to be desired. What bothered me even more was the apparent favoritism displayed by the bartenders, who seemed to prioritize serving certain individuals over others. This discriminatory approach to service undermined the overall experience and created a sense of exclusion. To compound matters, a troubling incident occurred during my visit. A heated argument escalated into a physical altercation when a man threw a drink at a woman. The swift action of the security team to neutralize the situation was notably absent, which allowed the altercation to continue and even drew in additional individuals. Witnessing this prolongation of violence made me feel unsafe and concerned about the establishment's commitment to patron safety. Moreover, the food service was disappointingly slow, leaving us waiting excessively for our order to arrive. However, when the food did finally make its way to our table, I must admit that the chicken fingers were exceptional. It was a fleeting moment of satisfaction amidst a largely disappointing experience. Considering my personal preferences and discomfort with nightclub environments, I am unlikely to return to Oddball Bar and Club willingly. However, if circumstances align and I find myself with limited options, I would not completely rule out a revisit. I do hope that the management takes the feedback into account and addresses the issues regarding service, safety, and timely delivery of orders. Overall, my experience at Oddball Bar and Club in Pittsburgh's South Side was an amalgamation of mixed feelings. While the music was outstanding, the poor service, unjust favoritism, safety concerns, and slow food service dampened the overall enjoyment. If you are a fan of small, crowded bars with great music, it may be worth a visit, but exercise caution and consider alternative options for a more fulfilling night out."
"Went to a drag show here and I was so much fun wow. Best vibes best queens best staff. Their food is excellent too! Will def be back if/when they have more drag shoes!"
"Newly renovated bar in the Southside with multiple beers on tap and good whiskey selection. $13 for a "2oz" pour of Angel's Envy Bourbon."
