"Love the ferry! So great that NY has brought this to the people! Would be really great if the boarding crew would be more consistent. Sometimes all the disembarking happens before boarding passengers are allowed to enter -- which seems to work great and makes a lot of sense. But sometimes the entering and leaving passengers move simultaneously -- today there were two lines boarding and one line (in the middle) leaving the ferry. Helps the passengers do what you need us to do when we know what is expected of us."
