A Port Huron Cab

"I had called this cab company. I am at the hospital and this man whoever he was was very very rude to me over the phone accusing me of yelling at him, accusing me of being very rude and very negligent after when I politely asked him what time he would be here and how long will it be and that the hospital is paying for me to go home? I’m sorry that your job is so hard for you to comprehend when you are asking what time you think you’re gonna be able to come get me because I have been sitting at the hospital for for maybe three hours and all I ask was to know when you were coming to come get me so you can get your services and be paid for, but I do not like is a Person over the phone being very prejudiced very rude and very negligent and I feel like he should no longer be a servant in your guises company at all"

"Dispatcher is not polite and will hang up on you. You’re better off using something like City Cab"

"Terrible and rude ppl I called and asked for them to take me down to the movie theater that's literally an 8 minute drive from my house you can literally see it on the Google maps and they told me it would be a 40 minue drive I corrected them so they hung up on me I called back twice and they rudely spoke to me and then hung up again and now they won't even answer my phone call terrible service"

"Driver tried to charge $200 for a flat rate $110 service. There's also a $50/hr waiting fee which wouldn't have been used. The cab ride was canceled. Owner, don't bother responding. I see how you respond to bad reviews. Shameful. I'm really bummed out you guys have gone in this direction."

"Don't cancel a cab because they will not serve u, or it could but the short trips one-way that makes them turn down a trip. It happened to me, but it could be different for others."
