"1) We didn't get the "call ahead" 1 hour beforehand as was told is standard practice. Instead, the delivery person called upon arrival. 2) The delivery arrived in FREIGHT as if directly from the factory and not the warehouse. 3) Luckily, I am a married woman who has a handy husband with tools and was able to remove the wood PALLET and wood CRATE the item arrived in without having to leave it over night on the curbside but what if we had no tools? 4) It took about 4 hours to remove the wood down to the box and disassemble it. It's been 1 week since delivery (1/15/24) and we are still unable to dispose of all the wood as this is a residential property. 5) The delivery person was alone and struggling to remove the item themself from the truck. We worried if the item was going to roll off the truck lift and break or worse... 6) The delivery person had no tools to remove the wood pallet and wood crate or at least made no effort if they did AND, yet they insisted we remove the pallet quickly and hand it over before they left. We're not the professionals, the delivery people are. 7) We'd say the whole experience is an actual rating between a 5-6 however, we indicated a 6 here. 8) Other than the experience described above, the item arrived before the expected due date and not broken. 9) Also, on a side note, I really like the item; the doors are a little heavy to open or close but the wardrobe is a nice solid piece and I absolutely LOVE the mirror.... on the wardrobe alone I'd give it an 8."

"The communication was excellent! From the moment I ordered the Horizon treadmill, I received texts confirming all details of the transaction in my inbox. This was followed up with information about the delivery process. Within 48 hours after the purchase, my treadmill arrived at a location near me from which it could be picked up and delivered to my house. 48 hours after that the delivery date and time was scheduled. On the day of delivery I was contacted by telephone and promise a 4 hour window of delivery. Later that morning I was told the delivery could be made an hour earlier than promised if that worked for me. I agreed and the crew (2 gentlemen) arrived on time. The gentlemen were very professional, very courteous, swiftly assembled the treadmill on site and set it up in my house in the place I selected. After the treadmill assembly was completed, the gentlemen showed me how to work the treadmill and made sure I understood the controls and that everything was in proper working order. The job was completed expeditiously and all packing equipment and materials were removed by the delivery crew as promised. This was simply one of the best delivery experiences I have ever had and I’ve ordered a lot of merchandise over the last 50 years. 5 stars (more if permitted!) for such a terrific job by the two gentlemen who made the delivery at my home that day. "While I was very impressed with the speed of delivery, I was unprepared for the arrival due to a lack of communication. I was told a particular date and the item arrived significantly sooner. I didn't get a notification from EFW that my items would arrive early until they were already out for delivery. I had to contact my neighbor to assist. Better communication would be advisable. I called customer support and gave them the code for my garage. When the delivery arrived, I spoke to the driver via Ring and he advised customer support never contacted him. Although the delivery was early, I was told the personnel were great and they heeded my instructions. My items were undamaged and I'm happy with them."
