And they shipped it so quick all the way out here in Oregon. It arrived 3 days earlier than planned and the records were packaged extremely well. Even though the records were already in their own shrink wrap, they added another protective sleeve over each one. They even left a personalized, and clever, thank you note. 10/10, 5 star experience. I recommend this place for your vinyl record needs."

"I was looking for the Linkin Park indy store exclusive vinyl and every shop in town was either out of stock or couldn’t be bothered to look and see if they had it (I was at work so couldn’t go in at that time). I called and the young lady that answered the phone was AWSOME. She quickly checked for me and confirmed they had it in stock and even offered to hold it for me till I could stop by later. Fantastic customer service all around even when I called back spoke to the guy to say that my friend was picking it up for me. "Got into collecting vinyl a little over half a year ago. I found that the intentionality of placing a record on a turntable made the music listening experience a lot more genuine and well… intentional. After visiting a couple local record stores in Hampton Roads, I have found this store to be nearly a weekly staple. I’ve followed AFK on Facebook the last few years, and found their weekly record videos to be extremely entertaining along with informational on the records that are new releases, even before I was collecting. The service is always friendly, and they are super helpful when it comes to finding a record or trying to order a record you’re looking for. I stumbled on a highly sought after record by putting my name on their list, and it’s one of my favorites to date. John walked me through the differences in the Audio Technica turntable models that they offer for sale, which helped considering how each turntable has a different feature. Their store organization is also super helpful in terms of finding the record or book you’re looking for. We’ve bought my infant daughter a new book every time we visit, so I’m happy to bring my family here because we all leave happy. I’ve taken different family members I’ve mine to the store and they’ve all had a great time. I cannot recommend this store enough to everyone who loves music, supporting local businesses, and beginner and experienced record collectors."
