The Fairview Volunteer Fire Department is a dedicated non-profit emergency response organization located just 15 miles south of Pittsburgh in South Fayette Township. Established in 1950, this esteemed department has been serving the community for over seven decades, evolving from Station 14 to its current designation as Station 268 since the year 2000.

Operating 24/7, 365 days a year, the Fairview Volunteer Fire Department is driven by a team of 19 active members who are entirely volunteer-based. These committed individuals, who are also homeowners and business owners within the community, respond to an average of 250 emergency calls annually. The department is equipped with an Engine, Rescue, Squad, and Utility vehicle to ensure they are prepared for a wide range of emergencies.
