"I'm Republican, if it matters. But I called in regards to an issue with the township I reside in. I was looking for state entities that could help me so the issues I was having with the township board of supervisors not listening to or responding to residence requests and concerns on a multiple number of issues that the board was giving discriminating excuses in defenses or simply ignoring them. I didn't even get a chance to completely explain before the gentleman on the phone simply stated that I should run for a seat on the township board and make the changes I need at that time. I explained to him that I am a disabled veteran and have already done my time on a borough council in Crawford county for several years. I simply needed information as to who's in charge of ethical complaints against a township board of supervisors. I asked if that was his only suggestion and he replied, "Unfortunately, yes." I found out later, after doing my own legwork, that he could have simply referred me to the state ethics commission. I was dismissed as easily by the gentleman on the phone as residence are with the township board of supervisors that we are complaining about."
"He Lied on recent PCN TV show when he fraudulently stated that PennDOT Non-Driver ID Cards were "Free", meaning they don't cost any $$ to obtain one. This is of course hugely False, since PennDOT rather, charges over $30 USD to obtain one. Brad Roae spewed this falsehood to try and spin a false theory on voter ID's. Very sad - we can't even trust our State elected officials to tell the Truth on PCN."
