Since we were out of state for the majority of the planning he made it very easy to plan it over the phone from the type of service we wanted, to the casket and the vault. No matter what kind of question or concern my mother and I had, he had an answer as quickly as possible. Once we got there, Shane and Brad greeted us at the door and then made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it before the viewing started. During the viewing they checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if we needed anything, they also let us know when one of them was leaving and who would be staying for the remainder of the viewing. Grace double and triple-checked everything before we made our payment to them, and also personalized the in memories, which was absolutely perfect and something that we had not seen before! Their kind and caring nature makes one of the toughest times in life easier to go through and we are very grateful for them."
