Reviews
"The case worker Marilyn Dubos at this office put me at HIGH risk during a national pandemic. On March 27th she froze BOTH my checking and savings account for ONE amount owed of $2,800. So my bank account now is showing negative. I only owe this amount. After multiple contacts with her via phone and from the mother of my children who sent in paper work to close the account. She refuses. It is now April 26th 2020 and my account are still frozen. She has FORCED me to be outside and in contact with other during a covid 19 crisis. I have $2000 in my bank account which almost covers the amount. And they then seized my covid 19 stimulus of the amount of $2,700. Which means I have over paid the amount owed. I am STILL being forced to shop outside instead of online putting my self and others at risk. My bills are being paid via debt card I must put money on in store only. Using cash as my only means to make essential purchases. I would also like to add. The reason for this seizure is because my last payments was in August 2019. I broke my pelvis in July 2019 which made me incapacitated for any type of work. It didnt effect my child support I guess. I was unable to work until December and the case should have been closed in November and it was not."
