"Traveled to Magistrates office to pick up paperwork after speaking that morning with District Attorney office that outlined process for filing legal matter (as plaintiff), also called magistrate office who confirmed same procedure. Arrived at Magistrate office and spoke with different clerk than previous on phone. Clerk asserted she could not provide paperwork based on her incorrect assessment of applicable statutes. When indicated she was incorrect (quoted specifics of statute), clerk began rambling about how she has "said enough already", "cannot give legal advise", and "I should hire an attorney" (no legal advise was requested, and not her concern whether I hire an attorney). After further discussion clerk accused me of lying about speaking to DA office, and changing story around, then asked me "who did I speak with at DA office because she wanted to call them". Clerk finally surrendered paperwork and walked away from window. Magistrate should review video footage of how her clerks treat citizens they are there to serve. My conduct that day was professional, courteous, friendly, and to the point. Greeted with disrespect, accusation of lying, bias, and rudeness for absolutely no reason. Never met the Magistrate Judge, however based on unprofessional conduct of her employees, I would have serious concerns if ever in her court. This encounter caused undue stress, frustration, and general disgust at legal system in Beaver County PA. I am a senior citizen and physically disabled."
"Not worth fighting a ticket. They don't send payments back"
"Absolutely pathetic excuse of a judge, sides with the officer no matter what you say. They've given a pathetic display of the judicial system, the magistrate should be relieved of her position"
"Worst judge I have ever seen. I thought you were supposed to plead your case when you were to appear in court. She refused to hear my part or see pictures. She is so biased and should not be on any bench dealing with legal matters. But God is paying attention."
"This Judge is horrible!!!!! You go to her to see what needs done on a specific matter, she tells you and you go and do what she told you to do and then she says she never said what she told you. There was also a conflict of interest and she ruled on the person that she knows. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! She will never receive a vote from me and I will make sure all knows what kind of Judge she is."
