"Water damage OMG We had a air conditioner not installed properly. They forgot the water pan!!!!!!! we had major damage to the bedroom and family room. I called Erie Insurance and they had an insurance adjuster at my house within one hour. Cole Myers (insurance adjuster) was so professional. He told me exactly what to do and to relax everything would be covered. He told me the 500 dollar deductible would to given back to us at a later date after they collect the monies from my installer's (Matt Breon) insurance company.OH, Erie gave me a check within a week!!!!! First Affiliated Insurance gave me A-1 PRO Disaster Restoration number. They were at the house within 2 hours! They have been so professional (Jason Gonzales) has been so amazing!!!
