Visiting Angels

"On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for the past month, Visiting Angels have provided caregiver services for my mother. Each caregiver was found to be dedicated to ensuring that all desired services were provided in an efficient and timely manner, to be punctual, to be receptive when assistance was needed or to offer additional assistance for dealing with any unique daily requirements, and to be focused on providing friendly conversations and good companionship. Management was found to solicit feedback on any issues or problems (none have existed) and to provide advance notifications of any changes in caregiver due to schedule issues. Overall, the process of obtaining Visiting Angels services was easy, the services agreement was thorough, and documentation of payments for services is prompt and efficiently provided."
