"They lie they are rude you know it's bad when the insurance company thinks they are ridiculous found a new doctor and they fit me in right away because they were shocked about what was happening. My mother in law has known philbin since he took over for Rittenhouse it's a shame I liked him."

"My (48M) husband has been a patient of Philbin's since he was a child. I had a different primary until a few years ago, when I decided to also join his practice, after he was instrumental in a quick diagnosis that saved my husband's life. I realized there was no doctor I could possibly trust more with my healthcare. He goes above and beyond for each patient with his deep knowledge, care, and understanding. He takes the time during appointments to really ask about any issues you have and follows up with phone calls, visits when you have hospital stays - working with hospital doctors over your care, and ensures thorough followup appointments. His staff is always courteous, lighthearted, knowledgable and prompt. He absolutely lets you know he cares about your well-being and never rushes you through an appointment. He also selflessly makes himself available to his patience, as my husband has had numerous after business hours phone calls over the decades. I also appreciate that it is a teaching practice, where you get to watch him patiently extend his knowledge to the next generations. I could not recommend him or his practice enough."
"I saw Dr. Patel for the first time this past Monday. First, for me, the location can't be beat and the early hours are great so I don't need to use my work time-off. Second, Dr. Patel is wonderful. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explain his view on my issue, and to give good advice. I never felt rushed. As for the review about rude office staff, I didn't have that experience. Everyone seemed professional and friendly. I'm glad I found their office!"
"The office staff is extremely unfriendly. I have heard them talk about me personally behind my back and other patients in the waiting area. Also have been charged full visits when I only go to pick up my prescription. Extremely disappointed and will not recommend this practice to ANYONE!"
