"Should be zero stars. How does a court let the defendant skip a hearing a do nothing about it?"
"They dismissed my case for modification because I didn't show up, I didn't show up cause I live in Oklahoma... pretty obvious I wasn't gonna be there in person. Way to be for the kids sake. Shame..."
"It's a mixed bag here. Front desk is either very helpful, or very standoffish. Back office is 100% USELESS and seems to make life so much more difficult for the parent receiving (or who SHOULD be receiving) support payments. Just don't have children with unreliable men...or women! End of story! :)"
"Dropped 16 years child support and worse part is my daughter is 20 and has graduated two years ago and he still paying whenever and whatever convenient for him. Worthless employees."
"Good luck getting what should be paid for a child. For a parent who makes money under the table and is starting their own business and has been denying their responsibility as a father this domestic division is no help when it comes to getting what a parent should be paying for their child matter of fact the parent had requested several hearings to lower child support which what they were paying is about the half the cost of clothes they wear and food they eat. Domestic Relations had me miss work several times and requested hearings for which they never show up for next they'll have me get fired from my job for missing to much work, and don't ask them to raise child support they'll say he doesn't make enough, their full of excuses I don't know I waste my time and breath talking to these people."
