"Usually have no issues with this place up until recently. Summary appeal went bad over the lying accusers with absolutely no proof. The inconsistencies in their stories still won them the case. I called about where I would need to do the appeal for “superior court” and they gave me no answers. Had to transfer me to someone else who still had no answers. I then called “superior” in both Pittsburgh and Harrisburg and they told me I have to do the appeal at the court I had the appeal trial at. Called back and told them what the superior said, and then had the nerve to lie to me and tell me I need help from an attorney and that I would need to appeal to “commonwealth” court. I then corrected the lady telling her the judge said my case would have to be appealed to superior. Beaver County needs to do a better job of communication and knowledge with training their staff. This is just outright ridiculous and a headache. I wonder how many cases where the defendant wanted to appeal to superior didn’t get to appeal because of this office pretty much telling lies. It’s sad."

"They're incompetent at their job. They cancelled my child support hearing and didn't bother to send out a letter. Wasted my time and gas. I also had to miss work because they can't do their job properly. Would avoid this courthouse at all cost."

"Julia Sabbio, fine collections clerk, doesn't provide copies of agreements she makes. She states for you to communicate but interrupts constantly. She threw me out of her office because I giggled at her power repeat of lies. She had a plack on the wall and it flew off the wall. I laughed and stopped. She was offended. She isn't there for personal stature. She has lied, screamed, insulted and threatened my daughter for NO GOOD REASON. She needs a new job! Never provides written agreements to people. She wants to be boss. You can't talk to her. Rude and arrogant. I grew up in Beaver and after everything I have experienced, I want to leave this County."
