"Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. We ordered an elliptical and the scheduler stated it would be dropped off at the end of the driveway and I was prepared for this. However the drive went above and beyond and backed in to our driveway and delivered it the doorway for me. I wish I could of gotten his name to give him some direct praise on here. Delivered 1/31/24."

"Would not use again. Was asked to be home all day on Friday from 8-5 for a delivery. The day of the delivery I was called in the morning that they couldn’t deliver it because they didn’t have enough drivers. The person calling sounded like they could care less. I requested to pick it up that day. They agreed. I arrived and called the number. I was able to pull around and get the package. The man on the forklift was nice though. Loaded it into the back of the truck. He told me I had to sign so I went inside. Inside there were multiple people inside approximately 10. I was asked for my ID to verify my identity. Then he went to copy my ID and I asked him not to multiple times. He did it anyway. I expressed my concern and he replied it stays in the cabinet on location. I again expressed my concern. He did not care. Not happy about any part of this transaction with this company."

"This company called me to set up a delivery for a large item I had purchased online. We agreed to a time and a date. They gave me a massive 6 hour window in which I had to wait at home for them. At the end of the window, I called them and asked where the hell my shipment was. They responded that they didn't know, couldn't find the paperwork, and had no clue when they would actually be able to deliver it. AFTER THEY CALLED ME AND SET UP THE APPOINTMENT!! Multiple attempts to get them to respond, offer any kind of compensation, or even acknowledge their failure went no where. I canceled the entire order. A week later they called me again to schedule a date to leave the shipment. I told them I canceled it. They said they didn't know anything about that and they still had a shipment for me. I set up a second date and let the company I bought the product from know that the product was still coming. The company called ArcBest and canceled the shipment. Did I get a call or any notification from ArcBest that the shipment was now not coming? Of course not. Instead they sent me a survey after they didn't show up twice in a row asking me to rate their delivery service. I decided to write this review to warn off other customers instead. Based on my experience, if you want your goods to arrive, your better off using carrier pigeons than this company."

"Terrible customer experience. Was quoted $163 originally for a shipment. A couple days later, i got a phone call from them refusing to pick up my shipment unless I paid an additional charge for lift gate fee. Total came to $373.... Even though I had already been quoted for a LIFT GATE fee. Unfortunately I had to ship through them because I couldn't get through to any other shippers in the time crunch they put me in. What a joke of a company."
