Welcome to Elevate Yoga Pittsburgh, your local sanctuary for holistic wellness and fitness in Imperial, PA. Formerly known as Movement Studio Pittsburgh, we remain at the same convenient location but have transformed into a Zen Center with a fresh, updated vibe and even more exceptional instructors.

We proudly serve the communities of Imperial, Oakdale, Robinson, and the surrounding Pittsburgh areas, offering a more ELEVATED experience through a variety of yoga and fitness classes. At Elevate Yoga Pittsburgh (EYP), we draw inspiration from the elements to bring you unique classes like Hatha-style Mat Yoga (Earth), Aerial Yoga (Air), and TRX Fitness (Fire) that will invigorate both your mind and body.

Our offerings include:

- In-House Classes: Experience the energy of a live class in our serene studio.

- Live Stream Classes: Join us from the comfort of your home.

- Outdoor Classes: Reconnect with nature while practicing yoga in the great outdoors.

In addition to our core classes, we offer specialized sessions and events:

- Restorative Yin & Sound Bath: Indulge in 90 minutes of pure serenity with lowered aerial silk hammocks. No aerial experience necessary.

- Yoga and Wine Nights: Enjoy a night of yoga paired with wine in partnership with Black Dog Winery.

- Exciting Events, Intro Series, and Workshops: Constantly updated to keep your practice fresh and engaging.

The classes are a lot of fun, never exactly the same so it keeps it interesting, and the instructors are great! The studio itself is clean, well-equipped, and somehow manages to feel both super roomy and super cozy at the same time! There is such a wide range of classes and workshops too, so there is definitely something for every “body.” Bonus: there is a fantastic trail literally steps from the studio, which is so convenient for a pre- or post-workout walk or bike ride. I love MSP!"

"Love this studio. It's always been hard for me to find a workout class that I love and want to keep going to but I finally found that with the aerial yoga offered here. They also offer other classes with intro classes to help you ease into a new workout and learn to do it properly. It's been a lot of fun so far and I'll be continuing to take classes here. The owner and instructors are great and you can choose from a variety of workouts like Circuit, TRX, kickboxing, as well as a variety of yoga classes for all levels. It definitely beats heading to a gym every day and I never get board."
