"Great selection of books. I wasn't expecting to find a book that came out in 04/23 in 12/23 but I found it ! It's very popular and was available on the shelves. The bathroom is nice and clean, the system makes me feel secure nobody's going to knock on the door. There's a lot of cool board games by the front door, and a HUGE kids section with video games to check out. There's also different seasonal shapes of baking pans to check out, an insta-pot, a walker with a seat, and tons of other rentable appliances."

"This is a great library to goto if you want 20 soccer moms and their kids, which have zero home training, to run around screaming and acting like you would expect children in 2023 to act. Not really a place to study, more of an indoor playground for single mothers, and there happen to be some books there."

"I couldn't possibly speak more highly of WACL. While my own use of the facilities has to date been limited to checking out items that I've requested through the Allegheny County library system's portal, I'm well aware of all the many services and programs that WACL offers, and I'm proud that we have such a great resource in our community. The library is clean, organized, and boasts a wide range of materials - and very importantly, is also very accessible. That it's possible to request items from elsewhere in the county library system has been a tremendous boon to me, one that I've taken advantage of more times than I can count. And as if all this weren't enough, the staff truly couldn't be any more friendly. More often than not I stop in on a weekly basis to return some items and check others out, and it's always a joy just to chat with the staff for a couple minutes while I'm there. It can't be overstated what a wonderful place WACL is, and I encourage everyone who lives in the area to explore it for themselves."

"Nice friendly place. You could even notarize you papers there. Not huge amount of books on the shelves, but enough to browse in the rainy day. Plus library card gives you access to tons of materials online."

"I wish I could give 100 stars!! Always a clean, organized facility with a spacious kids section. There are blocks, a toy kitchen, puzzles and a train table for the little ones to enjoy. The library offers a large selection of storytimes and activities for kids and families. This summer we participated in a variety of in person and virtual storytimes as well as a summer reading program. The youth services director and staff are AMAZING. Miss Becky is a huge hit with my kids! She is warm, friendly, energetic, patient and compassionate. She seems to really enjoy her job and it shows!"
