"I had to wait 25 minutes for a cab I was super late for work when I called to see where the cab was they said 5 minutes I wait 12 so 1/10 don’t recommend"

"Cab 80 I feel like over charged me earlier today. Cause another taxi from this company picked me up at same spot and took me to the same spot and only costed me $21 and cab 80 took me today and it costed me #27 and went the same way as the other cab driver... So was not happy with can 80"

"I cannot even give a star it was so bad but in order to post, I had to. We had a neighbor sitting outside for an hour after she called. The man that answered the call said he had no idea where a driver was but he would send someone out. 45 minutes later, the lady called back and he said he had no idea if anyone was going to pick her up. She finally cancelled after an hour. I tried to call back and he did the same thing to me after I explained an older woman was waiting outside with her groceries for almost an hour for a ride. I finally got my granddaughter to take her home. I tried to call back to cancel the fare. He did not pick up and I had been nice to him. No wonder there is no cab service anymore."

"First time using this company and i will say it was definitely pleased with the service. The driver was on time, very polite, friendly and understanding. I unfortunately had a issue with communication to my husband about his location so thankfully the driver wasn't upset and had no issues with getting me to the correct destination. The reason for only rating four stars is the woman dispatch was very pushy and snippy. It seems that I was interrupting her life when calling for her company's service."
