"I’ve lived in the township nearly my entire life and have never had issues with getting in touch with someone at the municipal building. However, back when Angiolelli was in office, things were worse and I kept getting a runaround about getting my storm ditch fixed. One call this morning (1/18/23) to Rob Eckert and he had someone out at my house my 2:00 pm. We spoke at great length about what can be done to fix the ditch. I’m very pleased to FINALLY have communication and a plan! Thanks, guys!"

"Never open. Been here 4 times to get my burning permit and they were closed what a waste of tax payer dollars. Ridiculous"

"Applied for a permit for a 80 square foot deck. It cost a total of $575 for the permit and zoning. I paid for permit and picked it up. I even recieved a receipt from the townnship secretary. Today i recieved a call stating my permit check needed to be 2 seperate checks despite having a letter stating a single check would suffice. Worst municipality i have worked in yet including city of pittsburgh. Will never work in union township again"

"Doesn't even deserve one star. I have called a couple of times about questions for the area and the person I talked to wasn't able to answer my questions at all. No help what's so ever. Didn't even bother to say "hay let me try and find an an answer and I'll call you back. No effect into hailing me out at all. I'm sorry I took time away from their busy day."
