Our Classes:
1. Foundation Class
Get introduced to the basics of KickHouse in a 30-minute session. This class will help you develop the essential skills you'll need in every other class format. It's the perfect starting point for newcomers.
2. Signature KickHouse Class
This class expertly blends real boxing and kickboxing techniques with total body conditioning. Learn the basic blueprints to excel in any of our other class formats.
3. Muay Thai Class
Ideal for those looking to shred fat while learning real Muay Thai techniques. This higher intensity class focuses on increased pacing, power output, and technical perfection. Suitable for all fitness levels, participants are encouraged to work at their own ability and comfort level.
4. RecoveryKick Class
Balance out the intensity of boxing and kickboxing with our RecoveryKick class. This session includes a well-rounded flexibility and mobility stretching practice to address the areas most impacted by hitting a bag.
5. Virtual Classes
Can't make it to the studio? No problem! We bring KickHouse to your house. Enjoy an expertly crafted Shadow Boxing and Metabolic Conditioning class from the comfort of your living room. Our highest energy instructors guarantee to get your heart pounding and your body working.
