The boxing classes are tough but that just means you're getting a solid workout. If you're looking to push yourself and get in great shape give them a ring, and get in the ring."

"I think people love this gym for all kinds of different reasons and each one of them are valid. Joe and Jane are great people, they are “real” people. The trainers are awesome. If you are interested in putting some legit work into yourself, this is THE place with THE right people. There are no egos there. I don’t actually think egos are permitted. This is the best gym around without question, the people there make it. You owe yourself to at least give it a shot."
